5 Day Stay - Wednesday to Sunday ($580)

  • Check-in Wednesday afternoon

  • Accommodations each night

  • Meals from breakfast on Thursday through lunch on Sunday

    • Dinner on Wednesday night is not included, BUT! we invite you to join us for the traditional 'Dogfish Nite' group dinner off-site at Dogfish Head Brew Pub in Rehoboth Beach at 7:00 PM

Refund Policy

Full refunds will be granted up to Sept 15th, less processing fees if applicable. After Sept 15th we can only refund 25%. Again less processing fees when incurred.

Please note that we lock in our numbers with the Camp around the 15th. Once we do that most of your your registration money is spent. We know life happens and we will try to be fair. If someone registers late we may be able to apply it to a refund, but that is far from guaranteed.

For 2024- We will be following CDC and Camp Arrowhead Covid protocols in effect at the time of the event. ​​
