Registration is performed by printing the forms available on-line below and mailing in with your payment. Space is limited, and assigned based on the receipt date of your forms and payment. Once space available space is filled, paddlers will be placed on a waiting list. Discounts available for Qajaq USA and ACA members. All neccessary forms must completed and sent in as one registration package. This includes the neccessary wiaver forms - for either adult or minor. All attendees must complete four forms; this includes the a Registration Form, Preferences Profile, as well as an appropriate ACA Waiver & Workshop Waiver Form. Use the links below to print forms.
