To register you must complete ALL the necessary forms and submit with payment.  Discounts are available for QAJAQ USA & ACA members.  Space is limited and assigned based on the receipt date of your materials and payment.  Once available space is filled, paddlers will be placed on a waiting list.  All necessary forms must be completed and sent in as one registration packet.  This includes waiver forms.  Each participant must complete four forms: the Registration Form, a Preferences Profile, and both the appropriate ACA and QUSA waiver forms.  Use links below to print forms. Note: The "$5 non-ACA member event fee" mentioned on the ACA waiver is already included in retreat registration cost.

Cancellation Policy
Please note that this event has ceilings on number of attendees, and Registrations are accepted on a first-come first-serve basis. As such, due to deposits & instructor scheduling, the Delmarva Paddler’s Retreat has a no-refund policy after the Registration deadline of September 7th, 2009.
