To register you must complete ALL the necessary forms and submit with payment. Discounts are available for QAJAQ USA & ACA members. Space is limited and assigned based on the receipt date of your materials and payment. Once available space is filled, paddlers will be placed on a waiting list. All necessary forms must be completed and sent in as one registration packet. This includes waiver forms. Each participant must complete four forms: the Registration Form, a Preferences Profile, and both the appropriate ACA and QUSA waiver forms. Use links below to print forms.
